Calibration and Preventative Maintenance (PM) on your OES instrument ensures that your instrument is operating within expected parameters whether you run one or hundreds of samples in a day. Preventative Maintenance reduces the likelihood of down time that can cause costly delays to your company.

Preventative Maintenance Checklist:

  • General Cleaning
  • Light Intensity Test
  • Clean optical system
  • Calibration test
  • Certified Calibration Sticker

TEAM TRAINING

We offer training classes to companies to help them reduce downtime and costly repairs. We teach each operator to utilize your spectrometer to its full potential, troubleshoot issues, and conduct minor maintenance.

Our instructors are:

  • Experienced technicians and talented teachers.
  • Bring information and knowledge to their students in a lively and engaging manner.
  • Ensuring retention and understanding.

In-house classes are conducted in a setting that allows trainees to concentrate on the material. Typically our classes are 1-3 days, and we have a three-person minimum.
